When packing, it's important to note Wilderness North's 125-pound weight limit, per person, for gear. For safety and so that the plane can lift off the water this limit is enforced with weigh scales at the dock. Avoid hard suitcases and large duffel bags (use two medium-sized instead). Medium-sized plastic totes work well for storing food and other personal belongings. And one more note: The key to comfort in the wilderness is layered, breathable clothing.
